Ricordate che dovrete sconfiggere Sindragosa per ottenere l’arma, e che quindi ci vorranno mesi prima di poterla ottenere.
La prima quest vi sarà affidata da Darion Mograine ad Icecrown Citadel, l’unico prerequisite per ottenerla è essere almeno friendly con Ashen Verdict (la nuova reputazione che verrà introdotta con la 3.3). Ovviamente non sarà tutto così semplice, quindi vi verrà richiesto come prima cosa di ottenere 25 Primordial Saronite, oltre a due quest item droppati da Festergut e Rotface. Per intenderci, la Primordial saronite è il nuovo reagente raro droppato dai boss (sostanzialmente il sostituto dell’attuale Crusader’s Orb), quindi per raccoglierne 25 ci vorrà parecchio tempo…

The Sacred and the CorruptCITAZIONE
It is against my judgment that I present you this errand, <race>, as it will likely end in your undoing. Ignore my counsel and embark on the endeavor, and I shall provide you with the knowledge and resources to see it through. You must return to Frostmourne Cavern and recover Light's Vengeance, Arthas' discarded hammer. Reforged with saronite and etched with the acidic blood of the Lich King's abominations, it will provide the foundation for our work.
Sostanzialmente ci viene chiesto di tornare nella cavern dove Arthas impugn per la prima volta Frostmourne (a Dragonblight) e raccogliere da terra il suo vecchio Martello, Light’s Vengeance. Tale martello dovrà essere riforgiato con la saronite e intriso del sangue degli abomini del Re Lich, e questo solo come “base” su cui lavorare. Si vocifera che la saronite in questione sia nientepopodimeno che la pozza attorno a Yogg Saron (una volta morto, ovviamente) e che si debba “intingere” suddetto martello nei cadaveri dei boss di Icecrown Citadel.
Unholy InfusionCITAZIONE

You must seek out and defeat the one called Professor Putricide, but his death is not your only goal. You must use his resources against him. Find a way to absorb his mutated slime. Come seconda cosa ci viene richiesto di sconfiggere Professor Putricide, ma non solo. Dobbiamo sostanzialmente trovare il modo di assorbire uno dei suoi “mutated slime” (oozes tanto per intenderci) ed infondere nell’arma il suo potere maledetto.
Blood InfusionCITAZIONE
Your weapon is now prepared to be endowed with the power of blood. You are to face Queen Lana'thel in battle and bathe the axe in her Blood Mirror power. When it has been fully infused, you must slay her unmercifully. May her screams pierce the ears of the Lich King as he awaits his fate.
Come terzo step dobbiamo recarci dalla Regina Lana’thel e bagnare il Martello nel suo Specchio di Sangue. Solo una volta che l’arma è completamente “infusa” abbiamo il “permesso” di ucciderla senza alcuna pietà.
Frost InfusionCITAZIONE

The Splintered ThroneCITAZIONE
